1. Cancellation Requests

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
  • Verbal or phone requests are not considered valid.
  • The date of email receipt will be treated as the official cancellation date.

2. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days.
  • Refunds are credited to the original mode of payment.
  • Any applicable service charges will be deducted.

3. Cancellation Charges by Service Type

✈️ Air Tickets
  • Refunds are governed by the airline’s cancellation policy.
  • Travexel service charges may apply.
🏨 Hotels
  • Hotel cancellations are subject to the hotel’s individual policy.
  • Most hotels do not allow refunds within 48 hours of check-in.
🧳 Tour Packages
  • 30 days or more before travel: Full refund minus administrative charges.
  • 15–29 days before travel: 50% refund.
  • Less than 15 days before travel: No refund.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Promotional or discounted bookings.
  • Last-minute deals.
  • No-show cases.

5. Amendments & Changes

  • Changes are subject to availability.
  • Additional charges may apply.

6. Force Majeure

In case of events beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), refunds depend on supplier policies. Alternative arrangements may be offered.
